Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
These terms govern your use of elpasokitchenremodel.com and the kitchen remodeling work performed by Desert Oak Kitchen Co. Asking for an estimate or booking a project means you agree to them.
Estimates & scope
Our work covers kitchen remodeling, cabinetry, countertops, tile, and the trade work that goes with them. The figures shown on this site are starting points — your final number depends on the size of the kitchen, the cabinetry and stone you choose, and the scope of the job. You always receive a flat, written, line-item price to sign off on before work begins.
Our workmanship
Desert Oak Kitchen Co. is a licensed, bonded, and insured Texas contractor, and we stand behind what we build. The warranty on your materials and labor is set out in your contract and varies with the manufacturer and the type of work performed.
Schedule & permits
Timelines are our best estimate and hinge on scope, material and cabinetry lead times, and permit processing by the City of El Paso. We will give you a straight answer on timing whenever you ask.
